Service Agreement — Power of Attorney

Consent to delegate civil-affairs document issuance to Whomi Global Inc (Apostille Korea)

The service applicant provides their personal information to Whomi Global Inc and delegates the issuance of civil-affairs documents to the Company.

The purpose of this power-of-attorney consent is to authorize the Company, using the personal information entered by the applicant, to carry out the comprehensive acts related to document issuance — including: engraving a seal and affixing the seal or signature to submit a power of attorney to public offices and other issuing authorities; completing membership registration on the applicant's behalf where necessary for issuance; and using government civil-affairs issuance channels (such as public offices, Minwon24, the Police Civil-affairs Portal, and the Internet Registry Office) under the applicant's name. By agreeing, the applicant consents to this comprehensive delegation for document issuance.

⚠ 🇺🇸 United States — Fraudulently using another person's identity or identification documents is a federal crime. Under 18 U.S.C. § 1028 (identity/document fraud) it is punishable by up to 15 years' imprisonment; 18 U.S.C. § 1028A (aggravated identity theft) adds a mandatory 2-year prison term served consecutively.
⚠ 🇰🇷 Republic of Korea — Fraudulently applying using another person's personal details is punishable under Articles 231 and 232 of the Criminal Act (forgery/alteration of private documents) by imprisonment of up to 5 years or a fine of up to KRW 10 million. The applicant confirms having been so notified and proceeds with the application accordingly.
